Terms

Terms of use

The agreement between you and the operator of PalmSays, in plain words: what the app and website do, what they can't do, and how buying and deleting work.

PalmSays is operated by Deepak Chauhan, Nokha, Bikaner, Rajasthan, India. Effective 4 October 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and Deepak Chauhan, Nokha, Bikaner, Rajasthan, India ("we", "us"), an individual who operates the PalmSays app and the palmsays.com website. By using them you accept these terms. Please also read our privacy policy, which explains what data PalmSays uses and how you delete it.

1. What PalmSays does

PalmSays looks at a photograph of your palm, traces the major lines it can see, and gives a traditional Indian palmistry interpretation of them. It also has short lessons and guides about palmistry. Where a line cannot be seen clearly, it says so instead of guessing.

2. Reflection and entertainment only

Traditional palmistry interpretation, for reflection and entertainment. Not scientifically established, not prediction, and never medical, financial or legal advice.

  • A reading never gives a date or a promised outcome, and you should not treat it as one.
  • Do not make health, money, legal, relationship or other important decisions based on a reading. For those, speak to a qualified professional.
  • PalmSays can misread a photo: lines can be missed, confused or measured imperfectly.

3. Who may use it

You must be 18 or older to use PalmSays. By using it you confirm that you are. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will delete it.

4. Your account

You can start without signing up; PalmSays then uses a random guest account on your device. You can add an email address or sign in with Google so your readings and purchases survive a new phone. The same account works in the app and on the website. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account.

5. Free readings

PalmSays offers a small number of free readings, and shows before you start what a free reading includes (at present some parts of a free reading are open in full and the others are shown as a preview). We may change the free offer for future readings; a change never takes back a reading you already received. Trying to get extra free readings, for example with made-up accounts, is not allowed.

6. Subscriptions (Palm Read Pro)

  • Subscriptions are optional. They are sold and billed by Google Play, under Google Play's terms, in your Google Play account. We never see your card or UPI details.
  • Each plan gives a set number of readings in each billing month, shown before you buy. Unused readings in a month do not carry over.
  • A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price Google Play showed you, until you cancel.
  • If a plan starts with a free trial and you do not cancel before the trial ends, Google Play charges the plan price and the subscription continues. The trial's terms, including how many readings it gives, are shown before you start it.
  • You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store app: Profile, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. After cancelling you keep the subscription until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Deleting the app or your PalmSays account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play.
  • A report you opened in full while subscribed stays open after the subscription ends.

7. One-time reading packs

  • A reading pack is a one-time purchase of a set number of readings, sold and billed by Google Play.
  • Readings from a pack do not expire. They belong to the PalmSays account that bought them, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value.
  • When you have both, a new reading uses a pack reading before a free one, so a paid reading is always complete. An active subscription's monthly readings are used before pack readings.

8. Refunds

Payments go through Google Play, so refunds follow Google Play's refund policy; you can request one from Google Play. If something went wrong (for example you were charged but did not receive your readings) write to us and we will help put it right. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that applies to you. The steps are in our refund policy.

9. Using PalmSays fairly

  • Photograph only your own palm, or the palm of another adult who has agreed to it.
  • Do not use a reading to judge, pressure or make decisions about another person, for example in hiring, marriage or lending.
  • Do not upload photos that are not of a hand, or that are unlawful or someone else's private images.
  • Do not copy, resell or scrape the app, the website or their content, try to get around their limits or security, or interfere with their servers.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why where we can.

10. Content and ownership

Your palm photo is yours. You let us use it only to produce your reading, as the privacy policy describes; no server keeps it. The app and website, their design, the interpretation texts and the wording of readings belong to us or our licensors (see Licences and credits in the app). You may save and share your own reports for personal, non-commercial use.

11. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time: in the app (Profile, then Delete my account) or on the web at palmsays.com/delete-account/. Deleting it removes your readings, and any unused pack readings are lost; this cannot be undone. Remember to cancel any subscription in Google Play separately.

12. The website

  • The guides and tools on palmsays.com are free to read and use, with no account. They follow the same rule as the app: reflection, not prediction.
  • The photo tools measure your hand on your own device; their results are rough, can be wrong, and depend on the photo.
  • Nothing is sold on the website. When the website reading is open, it offers only free readings, and our server decides how many are left; paid readings are in the Android app.
  • Links to Google Play and other sites lead to services with their own terms.

13. Changes and availability

We keep improving PalmSays, so features, plans and the free offer can change. If we change these terms in a way that matters, the app will tell you, and this page will say so, before the change applies. We try to keep PalmSays available but cannot promise it will always work without interruption.

14. Limits on our liability

PalmSays is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on a reading, or for indirect or consequential loss. Where we are responsible, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a complaint, please write to us first so we can try to resolve it. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
