In the app
- Open the PalmSays app (on Google Play it may still be called Palm Read AI).
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
To delete only your readings and keep the account: Profile, then Delete account readings.
On this website
Sign in with the email and password you use in the app.
What gets deleted
- Every reading you have completed, in the app and on the website.
- Every palm observation stored with your account: the traced line points, hand points and written observations.
- Your profile and your account itself. Unused pack readings are lost.
No server stores your palm photos, so there are no photos on our side to remove. Copies on your own devices are yours to remove: in the app they go when you delete the account there or uninstall; a reading made on this website stays in that browser until you remove it or clear this site's data.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Readings cannot be recovered afterwards.
What we keep: a one-way code (hash) of your email address, only so the free readings cannot be claimed again. It cannot be turned back into your email. For up to 2 days, a one-way code of your internet address used for abuse limits. Details are in the privacy policy.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the Play Store app: Profile, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
If something goes wrong
Email deepak@palmsays.com from the address of your account, and we will delete it by hand within 30 days.
